The
Community

At the heart of Fathers Rising is, of course, the community.

I intentionally kept this as simple as possible.

Men Walking Group

This is a local group that meets every so often mostly to just have a walk together. We talk, or we don’t talk, but at least we do it together. Sometimes that’s all we need.

Coming soon

I’ll be launching a couple of online courses soon.

  • This is a course for all fathers, no matter where you are in your fathering journey.

With the help of ancient wisdom found in mythological stories, I’ll guide you on a journey of discovering your own personal myth of fatherhood.

This course will surface themes of purpose and meaning, character and style, masculinity and femininity, light and shadow, the father and the mother wound, love and fear, order and chaos, joy and sorrow.

It will give you clarity and help you define who you are, who you want to be, and how you want to live into your role as a father.

  • This course is specifically aimed at fathers-to-be.

Although it’s likely that mythological themes show up, this is a more scientific approach to becoming a father.

The course is mostly quite practical and will teach you exercises to regulate yourself, co-regulate with your partner, and talk about what it means to hold space and how to best take care of your partner and the unborn baby.

  • In this course, meant for all fathers and fathers-to-be, I’ll zoom in on what it means to leave a legacy.

Our western society is obsessed with status, power, growth, and control. The pursuit of these superficial endeavours often distort our ideas of what a legacy really is.

Legacy is not a goal to achieve, but the side effect of a life lived with meaning.

In order to leave a legacy, you must be willing to let go of the comforts you so desperately cling to.

To dare to ask yourself if you’re willing to see what you’re truly capable of.

And at what costs are you willing to get there?
